Thank you for your interest in the Vintage Market in the Mountains at The Wayside Inn. AHI and the Wayside Inn and Restaurant are proud to be hosting our annual summer vintage market. Make sure to read the FAQ page carefully. Referrals are welcome. This is a juried event. If accepted, the application will serve as your contract.
This event will be held on Saturday, Oct 30, and Sunday, Oct 31, 2021. The Saturday market operates from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm and the Sunday market from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm.
Booth rates are waived for all non-profit organizations. If you need a larger booth space than the options listed below, please Contact Us for custom booth size information.
Vendors can start setting up on Wednesday and must be completed by Saturday at 7:30 am. All vehicles must be moved out of the area and into designated parking areas at that time as well.
Alternate booth setups will need prior approval. This is not a flea market. All booths will be broken down and your area clean/free of debris by Monday at noon.
NO EARLY BREAKDOWNS. All vendors are required to be on the field and set up for the market hours. Vendors are responsible to provide their own tents, tables, displays. We will not provide these items.
