When and where are the Vintage Markets held?
The Summer and Harvest Vintage Markets are held on the grounds of the Wayside Inn and Restaurant located at 3738 Main Street, US RTE 302, Bethlehem, NH 03574. The annual Vintage Christmas Market location will be announced shortly for the 2021 season.
Summer markets are held near the end of July each summer. The oddities markets are held on Halloween weekend and the Christmas markets are held the first weekend of December.
What are the guidelines for setup and breakdown?
Vendors are required to have white tents. Alternate booth setups will need approval. This is not a flea market. All booths will be broken down and your area clean/free of debris by noon on the Monday after market closure.
NO EARLY BREAKDOWNS. All vendors are required to be on-site and set up for the market hours. Vendors are responsible to provide their own tents, tables, displays. We will not provide these items.
What lodging is available?
Once the hotels are booked, lodging is available at participating inns/hotel in the area. If you know you will need lodging at the Wayside Inn, please contact Sarah Levy directly at 603-869-3364. The Wayside Inn is pet-friendly.

PLEASE NOTE: Pets are not allowed at the Christmas market in December.
What spaces are available and how much do they cost?
SUMMER AND HARVEST MARKETS
Available spaces at the outdoor markets measure 10×10, 10×20, 10×30, and 10×40. Returning vendors receive preferential consideration.
- 10×10 – $100.00
- 10×20 – $150.00
- 10×30 – $200.00
- 10×40 – $250.00
The standard fees are as follows:
- 10×10 – $200.00
- 10×20 – $300.00
- 10×30 – $400.00
- 10×40 – $500.00
If a custom size space is needed, (for example 20×20, 20×30, etc.) please let us know. Payments are to be made when the online application is accepted and a link has been provided by event organizers. This is a first paid, first-served event due to space limitations.
Booth spaces are limited at the Vintage Christmas Market and vendor fees are factored per square foot. This event is heavily-curated and returning vendors receive preferential consideration.
- Ballroom – $2.25/sf – 8×10 or 10×10
- Dining – $1.75/sf – 8×10 or 10×10
- Lobby – $3.00/sf – 8×10 only
- Private Room – $250 – flat rate
Outdoors – $100 – flat rate

Can food vendors participate?
Electric is 35.00 per day or 50.00 for the weekend.
You are required to provide a certificate of insurance with the application.
