Thank you for your interest in the Vintage Market in the Mountains at The Chandler. We are proud to host our first annual Vintage Christmas Market. Make sure to read the FAQ page carefully. Referrals are welcome. This is a juried event and limited space is available. If selected, your application will serve as your contract.
This event will be held on Fri, Dec 4, 2020, from 6:00 to 9:00 pm and Sat, Dec 5, 2020, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Booth rates start at $1.75 per square foot. A limited number of private rooms are available. If you need other than the options listed below, please Contact Us for custom booth size information.
Space is limited and vendors are hand-selected.

Vendors can start setting up on Wed, Dec 2, 2020 and must be completed by Fri, Dec 4, 2020, at 5:00 pm. All vehicles must be moved away from the hotel entrance and into designated parking areas at that time as well.
This is not a flea market. All booths will be broken down and your area clean/free of debris by Sun, Dec 6, 2020, at 2:00 pm.
NO EARLY BREAKDOWNS. All vendors are required to be in the building and set up for the market hours. Vendors are responsible to provide their own tables and displays. We will not provide these items.
